Registration of Departments/autonomous bodies shall be governed by Admin Users of GWMC to create unique user ID and password. Using the created user ID (email or mobile number) and password, Departments/autonomous bodies can login to the system.
The application shall have the provision to keep the inventory of items purchased by department with details such as type, original value, date of purchase, supplier, Date/Month of item becoming unserviceable, Period of use etc.
The application shall have the feature to ensure timely disposal of unserviceable items/vehicle stacked at various Government Departments, Autonomous bodies etc.
